Care communities consist of 5-8 people caring for families that are fostering or adopting through Tapestry Ministry. Families who have a care community around them are encouraged, supported, and cared for in a variety of ways. Watch the video below to learn more about why care communities are so important to this ministry!
The Tapestry Team is currently looking for individuals to join or form a group to help support foster or adoptive families with babysitting and meal preparation once a month! If you would like to come alongside families and care for them as a community, let us know by filling out the form below, and we will be in contact with you soon.
As foster/adoptive parents, we face challenges and joys that are often different from traditional parents, which can create difficulties for life in community. In this group setting, we desire to create a safe atmosphere to grow closer to the Lord, encourage each other, and gain some practical skills for this unique journey.
