Calvary Kids
Our Nursery attendance is growing, and we need to open additional classrooms on Sundays at both 9:30 and 11:00am. You can join our amazing team and make a lasting impact on a child’s life. Fill out the I’m In form to let us know you’re interested.
East Asia Short-Term Team
Join us in praying for the short-term ministry team leaving for South Korea on April 23. They’ll be partnering with a Christian school in Seoul to offer a four-day English Bible Camp to about 40 students who are children of North Korean defectors.
Ordination
Having evaluated his calling, character, theological convictions, and fit for ministry, the Elders intend to publicly recognize the ordination of Adam Derus, Director of Young Adult Ministries, on April 27. Our church constitution requires two weeks’ notice to the congregation to allow for comment regarding the candidate’s suitability for ordination. Please direct any comments to elders@calvarychurch.org
Student Baptism Event
God is at work in the lives of our students! Join Student Ministries for a night of baptism on Sunday, April 27, at 6:00pm in the Lower Auditorium. During this time of worship, we’ll hear the testimonies of several students as they publicly declare their faith in Jesus. We hope to see you there!
Just Say “I’m In!”
Just say, “I’m in!” to investing in the lives of others. Join us on the fourth Sunday of the month to explore where you can leverage your unique gifts to serve at Calvary Church. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, tour various ministries, or even take a test drive. Stop by the lobby conference room at 9:30am on Sunday, April 27.
Hymn Sing
Hymns of Faith, a county-wide hymn sing, will take place at Calvary Church on Sunday, May 4, at 3:00pm. Come sing some of your favorite hymns alongside our choir, orchestra, and others in the community.

Today’s Resources
On Easter Sunday, we don’t just celebrate an event, we behold a King—risen and victorious. The Gospels give us the evidence of His resurrection, and Paul, in 1 Corinthians 15, explains its meaning. The empty tomb invites us not into blind faith, but into belief that brings life and victory through Jesus the King.
