Stay Fit - Spiritual Exercise

We all know the importance of staying physically fit, exercise is an important part of a healthy lifestyle. This is not easy though, staying fit takes hard work and discipline. The same is true spiritually, a healthy spiritual life is a result of healthy spiritual exercises. In this series we will be looking at some examples of spiritual disciplines that are crucial for students to Stay Fit spiritually: stewardship, fasting, prayer, worship and hospitality.
